Action Steps- Launch!
1- Check out the Virtual Scripts in the Lounge for words to say to reach out, follow-up and run your event successfully! Click HERE
2- Review S&D's 3 ways to shop (As a customer, Insider, or better yet, as an Ambassador). Click HERE
3- Check out our Customer programs to get familiar with all the perks you can mention to your customers.
4- Launch within your VIP group to get started and then invite your friends and family to host with you so they can earn host rewards!
A- Pick a date for your Launch Happy hour within the next week! (virtual/in person)
B- Set-up a Facebook Group for you to invite your guests. (After your event, convert this group into your ongoing Stella & Dot or EVER VIP group)
C- Build a guest list of 40 people to invite by brainstorming 10 people in 4 different social circles (Think of FRANK as a good way to remember how to boost your network: Friends, Relatives, Acquaintances, Neighbors and Kids circle).
D- Plan your launch event! Head into the Ambassador Lounge and set-up your LAUNCH Event.
E- Invite guests into your new Facebook group Reference MIMI to create easy invites and personally reach out to invite guests.

EXTRA TIPS: Get Pop Up Ready!
STEP 1: ESSENTIALS. To start, growing your own collection of Stella & Dot style lets you wear it and share it. New Ambassadors can start with the Optional Enrollment Style Upgrade & add more at 40% off! Start with 5-10 pieces and share your shop link!
STEP 2: ADD MORE. Shop with your personal discount and add 10-15 more essentials over time. Boost your profit potential or personal savings by adding earned credits on top of your 25% discount.
STEP 3: SELL & SWAP: Shop and sell through seasonal items to earn a retail profit. This creates an edited collection of NEW Arrivals. Inventory is not required but is allowed with the 70% rule. Items not intended for personal purchase must be 70% sold through to a customer every month, with a record of customer purchase.
SHOP for yourself as a discounted personal purchase! Wear, share, and enjoy your personal style! All items you keep should be considered personal consumption. To maximize your profits, do not keep the product. The reward for your sales is commission. Selling items to customers is essential for profits.
SELL to a customer for retail profit: You've already earned QV from 25% off & 40% off items! Your profit is customer price, less the Ambassador discounted price for which you purchased the item.
• Sell right away: sell in-stock items directly to the customer at a retail price only. MAPL (minimum advertised price) must not be lower than on the company website.
• While inventory is not encouraged, reselling is allowed along as you sell through at least 70% of what you have purchased at 25% off within the same month of purchase.
• Sell after the season as a sample: Use it, share it, then sell off a gently used item at a discount.
